Yilan often experiences rain, and after having lunch, I wanted to find a café to relax!
Louisa, near Yilan's Sacred Mother Hospital, serves consistently good coffee. It's a bit away from the bustling Luodong Night Market, and the seating is spacious and comfortable, unlike many shops in the north that are always crowded.
When I walked into the store, there weren't many customers dining in, and the dining environment looked clean, with decent food quality, and the restroom was tidy as well.
In addition to a variety of coffee options, I was pleasantly surprised by their madeleines, which were delicious. After finishing one, I felt a sense of comfort, especially when paired with a cup of estate-level latte.
This is a place where you can enjoy a leisurely moment in Yilan; it truly is a great choice for afternoon tea.
