Most of the waitstaff I encountered were quite friendly. I had pre-ordered my meal for pickup and arrived early. The staff informed me that my order wasn't ready yet, and I said it was fine, I'd wait. However, later a group of customers came in to place their orders on-site, and the staff forgot about my order... until all the on-site customers had received their meals and left, the staff finally noticed I was still there and asked, "Excuse me, what’s your pickup number?" They then found my order among a pile of takeout and handed it to me. I ended up waiting at least 15 minutes, while other customers who ordered on-site only waited about 5 minutes to get their meals. Pre-orders are supposed to allow for early pickups, but today due to some staff oversight, I ended up waiting an extra 10 minutes. This service issue didn't lead me to reduce my rating ⭐️, as my review focuses solely on the food; I just wanted to document this incident.

🔹 Meal
There has been a promotion for Huabao for the past two months, which is super cost-effective! I can also check next month to see if there are any Huabao Day promotions!
▪️ Huabao Meal $179
I brought my own eco-friendly cup, so I got an additional -$5 off. Plus, there was a promotion where you buy a Huabao Meal and get another Huabao for free! A single Huabao costs $134, so it’s really a great deal. The main reason is that the Huabao is made from 100% beef, which naturally makes it more expensive than McDonald's burgers, and it’s also slightly larger, plus it includes more vegetables, making it a healthier choice among burgers. So even though it’s pricier, I still highly recommend it! The vegetable portion includes two large slices of tomato and some onions.
▪️ Spicy Potato Balls (Small)
They are not too spicy and have a texture similar to hash browns! Plus, every time I buy from Burger King, the potato balls are always packed full! Unlike some fast-food places where the fries are often barely filled...
