This is the best turtle-shaped cake I've had in Little Liuqiu.

“Xiong Maji Turtle Cake” is located on Zhongshan Road in Liuqiu Township, featuring a very plump turtle design, with custard and chocolate flavors. If you want to try both flavors, you can order the mixed option, which comes with 6 turtle cakes.

The Xiong Maji Turtle Cake food truck is always kept very clean, and the food is made fresh upon order, taking about 5-8 minutes. It's extremely high value; when you visit Little Liuqiu, there's no need to wait too long, and it's a must-try delicious snack.

The flavors for the turtle egg cakes include: creamy original (custard) and chocolate. Most importantly, you can also choose a mixed option. The paper bag is made from a porous material with handles, which helps with heat dissipation so it won’t get soggy.

Custard flavor:
Eating it hot is really steamy; the custard has a familiar taste, and the outer shell is very soft and chewy. It still retains its substantial chewiness when cooled.

Thoughts: I can only say after eating so many egg cakes in Little Liuqiu, this one is really recommended. I've had it at least three times! 😂
