#Open during the New Year
We're only closed on New Year's Eve, but open at other times!
"Churros Ginna Circle Coffee" is located near the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall, less than a minute’s walk from Exit 2. Their specialty is crispy fried churros, which are basically churro sticks bent into a circle.
However, we didn't order churros today, hahahaha!
After dinner at a restaurant near the Memorial Hall, we wanted a place to continue socializing over drinks and found that this shop had quite a few empty seats, plus they're open until 10:30 PM, making it a good place to chat for a long time. The drink prices are reasonable for a seating venue, even cheaper than some cafes!
Green Lime Dr. Tea $125
I ordered it with less ice and half sugar. It contains sugar, and since it's a green lime, the acidity isn't high; instead, it has a slight bitterness. Coupled with the Dr. Tea, it gives a somewhat healthy feeling. However, it wasn't as refreshing as I imagined, and the flavor was a bit strong. I personally didn't enjoy it much, so I probably won't order this again next time.
My friend ordered Osmanthus Dr. Tea $125
This one is made with osmanthus syrup. After a sip, it felt much more refreshing than the green lime Dr. Tea; if we visit again, I would want to order this drink.
The staff who took our order was quite polite. When we were ordering drinks, we kept changing the ice and sugar levels, but the staff showed no signs of impatience or unhappiness and was very gentle. Thumbs up!
You need to go to the outdoor counter facing the street to order. Once your drink is made, you need to pick it up yourself, and after dining, you should self-recycle your trash!
Next time, I want to order churros to try!
