【Whole Chicken】
The process of cooking the chicken soup is fragrant and therapeutic. Inside, in addition to a whole young spring chicken, there are scallion pieces, potato slices, and rice cakes. After boiling for 5-6 minutes, it can be served.
👍 You can taste the natural ingredients inside; there’s no complex chicken essence powder flavor. It is comfortable and refreshing, unlike the heavy and intense feel of Taiwanese chicken soup.

【Half and Half Fried Chicken】
Korean soy sauce + Korean spicy sauce
👍 Personally, I prefer the flavor of the Korean spicy sauce, which I find not too spicy despite not being a big fan of spicy food; it’s on the sweeter side (while the Korean soy sauce is closer to original fried chicken flavor).
🥹 The half and half fried chicken already contains fried rice cakes, so don’t just hit the add button in the ordering system if you see it, or you’ll end up with an extra order of fried rice cake.

【Egg and Seaweed Porridge】
After finishing the chicken soup, if there’s extra meat, broth, or small ingredients, they will help you pack it up, leaving an appropriate amount of soup base to which you can add egg, shredded seaweed, and sesame oil to make porridge (they will remind you to watch out for broken bones when eating the porridge).
👍 The porridge made from the refreshing soup base doesn't feel heavy on the body after finishing.

【Drinks】Honey grapefruit tea, pear juice
The grapefruit tea is very light and should be stirred before drinking (a friend said it tastes better towards the end). The pear juice is a common Korean product and has that characteristic "herb flavor."

👄 Ramblings…
🥹 Maybe because they provide a handwashing station, they didn’t offer wet wipes; however, the paper towels on the table are very thin and easily stick to hands that have handled chicken, so sometimes you’ll have to go back and forth to wash hands, which feels a bit troublesome.
🥹 Poor reception; the Fooday camera kept spinning, and I didn’t manage to capture a complete photo of the chicken before it was cut (not sure if it’s because our seat arrangement was further inside).

✔️ The environment on-site is spacious and comfortable, with around 10-11 two-person tables and 4-6 person tables. The dividers provide a sense of security.
✔️ We arrived at 17:30 and were the first ones in; there were no other customers yet; one group came in at 18:20, and by 18:30, apart from us, there were three other groups of customers present.
✔️ There are 4-5 young female staff on-site.
