Mars Brunch has a strong retro style, with distinctive interior decor and arrangements that give a feeling of returning to the past. The interior space is open, which can have a bit of an oily smoke smell.
The most unique dish is probably the instant noodle with pig liver. The combination of common instant noodles and pig liver is indeed novel and can be considered a major selling point, although the texture of the pig liver is somewhat tough.
The crispy egg pancake is highly praised. The outer layer is crispy, and the indulgent cheese is very satisfying, definitely a reason to come back. The brioche, on the other hand, is somewhat ordinary; perhaps because expectations for this dish were high, the portion is small.
This is definitely a place worth revisiting just for the crispy egg pancake!
