Located at the intersection of Yongxing Street and Zhongxing Road in Guoxing Township, Nantou County, right on the streets of Guoxing.

🪑About the overall atmosphere🎡
It's a small shop covered with iron sheets at a triangular window. Although there's a glass door separating the cooking area, the dining area inside doesn't have the air conditioning on. There are some vegetarian ingredients for sale inside.

💰About the pricing💰
I wanted to have breakfast on this day and thought vegetarian places usually sell fried noodles, so I came to check it out and they indeed had it. The price of 30 NT$ is considered average.

🍴About the meal☕
The fried noodles come in a generous portion, almost filling a whole lunch box, topped with some vegetarian stir-fry and chives. The noodles themselves have a nice chew to them, but there's a bit too little sauce, making them feel a bit dry. It might also be that the lack of sauce makes them taste quite bland and not salty enough; however, I still think that having a bit more sauce would make them taste better.

Next time I have the chance to come back, I will tell the owner to add more sauce; if the texture improves, this could become a must-have breakfast for me whenever I pass by.
