A popular old brand noodle restaurant in Pingtung has branches in Neipu and Pingtung City, specializing in various noodles and handmade pancakes, made fresh to order. The chef skillfully prepares the dishes on-site, and the process is quite therapeutic to watch. The restaurant is very busy, but the service is quick, and the table turnover is high, so you won't have to wait long.

My favorite is their classic sweet pancake, which is fried to a crispy texture on the outside and has a hint of sweetness—perfect as a dessert after a meal.

Although the price of the sour and spicy noodles is 100 NT dollars, the portion is generous, and the ingredients are abundant. They use handmade QQ noodles, and the sour and spicy flavor is strong while still being filling.

Steamed dumplings are 10 NT dollars each, with thick skins that are chewy. They are not the type that bursts with juice; I suspect it's because of the high meat-to-fat ratio, giving them a solid texture.

The potstickers, on the other hand, surprised me. The outer skin is fried to an incredibly crispy texture, and when you bite into them, they burst with juice. I highly recommend these!
