This hotpot restaurant is one of the few places in Green Island where you can eat delicious seafood while dining in a comfortable environment. So the price will indeed be a bit higher.
It is basic that the seafood is fresh, because Green Island has a way to catch it fresh, but it is eye-opening for me that even the vegetables and meat on land are fresh. Because it is an outlying area after all, a lot of food has lost its flavor during transportation.
One of our fresh fish dishes: long-tailed bird, tastes quite good and is very gelatinous. However, according to the boss, the meat is more delicious because it is caught in winter. So it must have been caught, processed and frozen last winter. The freshness of other seafood ingredients is also very good, and the taste depends on personal preference.
