This is a pho chain store under the Tofu Restaurant Group. The location is downstairs of Taipei 101, so transportation is very convenient!
-Chicken rice noodles-hot and sour soup-the quantity of rice noodles itself is medium, which is probably the right amount for an average girl to eat. The rice noodles itself is quite satisfactory. The hot and sour soup base is mainly sour, with a hint of lemongrass, and the acidity is about six or seven points. Although the spiciness looks like there is a layer of spicy oil on top, it is not very spicy. It is quite mild. If you like it spicier, you can add more chili pepper. There is a spoonful of shrimp paste on top, and the shrimp paste tastes pretty good. The chicken part is chicken drumsticks sliced with skin. The portion is quite large and you can hardly eat any bones, which is good. There are three fish balls on the side, but they are just average fish paste products. There are some bean sprouts and onions on the bottom layer. The overall taste is just not amazing and wouldn't make you want to return.
Set menu includes side dishes
-Coconut Nyonya Cake-The upper layer has a relatively soft and sticky cake-like texture with a faint colorful flavor. There is a layer of sweet red bean paste in the middle, which is about 70 to 80% sweet, and the lower layer is a bit like brown sugar jelly. The overall taste is not particularly amazing.
There are epiphytic peppers in the buffet area next to it
-Superior chili sauce - I think it just tastes like ordinary chili sauce
-Housheng seasoning sauce-sweet and salty soy sauce, a little sweeter
-Vietnamese coffee-sugar-free-45-it tastes like a special smoky flavor
-Fried spring rolls-45-The outer skin is crispy, not too thick, and the skin is thin and crispy. The filling is mainly winter noodles, and you can eat some minced meat and vegetables. There are two pieces in one serving. Overall it tastes greasy. The sauce is its essence, sweet and sour with a hint of spiciness!
