A cozy snack bar that you can wander into at random, just walk a little further in at the entrance of the alley. Not sure if it is vegan or not, business is not super good but there is a steady stream of customers. The boss is very cold. I originally wanted to order Sichuan peppercorn sticks
, but there were no rice noodles and I ordered ramen instead, and also ordered wonton soup and braised dried beans to save 100 yuan.
The wonton soup is very fragrant and has the sweetness of vegetables! But there is no MSG taste, it's a bit like the soup of instant noodles (not in a derogatory sense). You can't tell what's inside the wontons, they just have a slag-like texture, which is a bit plain. The Sichuan peppercorn ramen is lightly seasoned and the noodles are delicious. Later I added it to the wonton soup and the soup became more fragrant with more Sichuan peppercorns.
