Incredible stir-frying skills | Hot stir-fry restaurant with homemade satay sauce🔥

Huaxi Street has many hidden culinary gems besides the popular shops! I tried Guo’s stir-fried beef for the first time and found it really impressive! The stir-frying skills are outstanding! The wok atmosphere is excellent 🤤 If I lived nearby, I would want to eat here every day.

I arrived at 1 PM on Sunday and was lucky not to have to wait in line; after a while, however, people started lining up outside to wait for air-conditioned seats. On a side note, the speed of serving dishes is quite slow, and there are many takeout orders, so it’s not ideal for when you're really hungry. The entire restaurant is filled with the aroma of hot stir-fry 😆

🥬 Beef Braised Rice ($140):
I’ve tried the best beef braised rice! The sauce is murky, made with homemade satay and beef flavor; it’s truly delicious!

🧅 Stir-Fried Beef with Onions (Medium $240):
The onions are not spicy at all! They’re stir-fried until slightly caramelized, paired with very tender beef, making it a great complement to rice (white rice is ordered separately, one bowl for $10).

🥣 Beef Offal Soup ($90):
The staff will inform you that you can add more soup; the broth is very sweet and has a rich meaty flavor. The beef offal is all cooked tender and easy to eat.

身為萬華人送小就只知道吃小王煮瓜長大後才發現原來還有這家排隊名店 趁平日午餐時間沒什麼人趕快來品嚐 之前吃過對面的天天炒牛肉覺得還好所原本不抱很大的期望 但美味程度高過很多 香氣及份量都非常足 今天點了 空心菜炒牛肉140元 牛肉給的不少而且也不是小碎肉 炒的很香!! 牛肉燴飯150元 有點大份女生可能兩個人分比較剛好 而且裡面的菜跟肉也給很多 牛肉湯120元 湯底是薑絲蠻順口的 可以免費加湯 上餐時店員會主動告知 在台北能吃到香氣十足的菜真的好幸福呀 可以理解為什麼會大排長龍了 會再讀回訪的!

📍台北龍山寺站 / 華西街夜市 郭家炒牛肉是一間在地80年的老店,店家採用本土牛肉,自製的沙茶,是不是用餐時間都是大排長龍,店家的座位有店內和店外,座位數沒有很多,如果坐外面的位子因為沒有冷氣所以可能會比較熱一點,雖然是快炒店但沒有販售酒類商品喔! 餐點🥘 - 洋蔥炒牛肉 / 240 元: 不管是青菜炒牛肉(冬天是菠菜,夏天是空心菜)還是其他各種的炒物都是充滿大火快炒的鑊氣,炒牛肉軟滑好吃,醬汁調味不會太過死鹹,完全就是白飯殺手! - 牛肉燴飯 / 140 元: 牛肉一樣非常軟嫩,配上店家自製的沙茶醬汁,真的是畫龍點睛非常的香,醬汁是屬於比較多的類型足夠你配完整個白飯。 - 牛雜湯 / 90 元: 簡單加了薑絲讓湯頭更加提香,牛雜咬起來軟綿,雖然有些帶點筋,但也不會不好咬,可以沾點醬也不錯,重點是還可以續湯!
