And I personally think their salmon is quite delicious, maybe because it’s not too cold? It has a slightly sweet taste, at least for me, it’s the sweetest salmon I've ever had.

To be honest, I think their service isn't really that great.

I feel like being quick on your feet is basic in this kind of establishment (after all, the food is prepared in advance), but they didn’t provide the basic sauces and wouldn’t ask proactively. When I asked, they only gave me wasabi and no soy sauce; I was really speechless at that moment 🫠

Moreover, there’s basically no one at the counter, and I had to shout a few times from outside before someone came out…
