I was shopping at the Miaodong Night Market when I passed by and was attracted by the $40 oyster rolls!
Why are there huge oyster rolls for $40 these days? !
I bought it with the intention of trying it and tried it.

To be honest, I won’t rate it very highly, but if I want to eat here again, I will buy it again.
$40 is indeed a cost-effective and large-bowl option. It contains a lot of glass noodles, some leeks, and oysters, so you can eat about 3-4 oysters, which is not too much.
After all, it is fried, so the skin will be a little oily, but the skin wraps the fillings very well. Even if it is fried and left aside, the fillings will still be hot and smoking, which makes me feel that it is very delicious. Enjoyable!
I think it's only $40, so overall it's acceptable. At least the glass vermicelli makes the whole oyster roll feel full. It wouldn't be sad to skip the vermicelli.
(It’s better than some oyster omelets that are very expensive and don’t have many oysters...)

Most of the negative reviews on Google are because the oysters are small and few. However, I think the store still has to make money after considering the cost. $40 is a price I can accept! But if you are concerned about the number and size of the oysters, I don’t recommend buying them!

After two big bites, it was full of fillings, salty and seasoned just right. I thought it tasted delicious!
I actually got an oyster in my first bite, and there was probably one oyster in the front, middle and back, so during the overall enjoyment, I didn't feel like I was eating glass noodles without oysters all the time.
This is how the boss lady has just wrapped it, and the size fits your hand. It is very convenient to eat on the go, and it will not be greasy everywhere. (But after eating this roll, your face may feel greasy)
There are also shrimp rolls on the side, which are fried and placed in front of the stall. When it's time to purchase, the proprietress will stretch out her long hand directly from the counter inside to the front desk to pick up the oyster rolls outside and pack them. (The boss lady said that she is very proficient in this clamping method and will never miss it)
