The忠孝店 branch is relatively large and has comfortable seating, making it suitable for dates and hosting guests. The華山市場 has a warm, friendly atmosphere but can be a bit crowded. I've been to both places and highly recommend them; I can visit them multiple times. 😁
There are many options on the menu, including hand rolls, rice bowls, and sashimi, with plenty of individual items to choose from. They now also offer fried and grilled items, and they often roll out omakase-style dishes.
The ingredients are all excellent, and even picky friends rave about them. However, I've noticed that prices have increased, but it's still worth it.
