🥚 A street-side traditional egg pancake with no sign
As a Southerner, besides seafood noodles,
the most distinctive breakfast must be the small meat bean paste, right?😍
This breakfast spot near Jiouru Elementary School specializes in traditional egg pancakes.
There used to be a banner, but it seems that a recent typhoon has left the place signless.😳
Since it’s very close to my current workplace,
whenever I’m not on a low-carb or starch-free diet,
I’ll call ahead to place an order before riding over to avoid waiting too long.
However, this stall is located in a corridor,
so there are no seats available for dining in. 🍽️
🔸 Hence, it is categorized as a street vendor rather than a breakfast shop.
Previously, I always ordered the radish cake plus scrambled eggs.
The vendor’s version includes onions sautéed together.🧅
Personally, I prefer just the egg with radish cake,
so I always ask the owner not to add onions.
This time, I wanted to try it since it had been too long,
and I realized I completely forgot the taste of the egg pancake.
I chose the flavor that cat lovers also adore, the tuna flavor.🐟
Of course, the small meat bean paste is still a must!✨

If this shop were near my home,
I would probably visit it from time to time.
But after leaving my job, unless I return to the area near my old company,
even if the overall taste is quite good,
I wouldn’t specifically go there just to eat. 🥹
