### Ruyi Noodle Restaurant Food Review
Today I came to Ruyi Noodle House and tried their pumpkin beef noodles and beef burritos.
Pumpkin Beef Noodles - NT$170 🍜🎃
The pumpkin soup base of pumpkin beef noodles is very rich, with natural sweetness and strong garlic aroma. The overall combination of beef and noodles is a bit disappointing, because the beef seems to have been stewed in a saltier marinade, which is slightly separated from the sweetness of the pumpkin soup base. But even so, the flavor of the soup is outstanding and the beef is quite delicious. As for the noodles, the Q-bomb is chewy and has an excellent texture, which is a highlight.
Beef Burrito - NT$150 🌯🥩
The skin of the beef burrito is crispy, and the beef filling and the beef in the beef noodles use the same marinade. This may be because it has not been cooked again in the soup, so the sauce flavor is more intense. The burrito tastes great, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the overall taste is very satisfying.
The portions of both meals are very large, and they are really filling for one person. In addition, today the store also provides free cabbage and corn, which is very surprising and satisfying.
In summary, Ruyi Noodle House’s pumpkin beef noodles and beef burritos each have their own characteristics, taste excellent, and have generous portions. They are worth a try. 😊🍴
