🍲 After the typhoon disaster, let's eat hotpot near home.
Fourth day of the typhoon holiday in Kaohsiung.
In my 31 years of life, I've never experienced anything like this.
Of course, recovery days after the disaster should be spent restoring energy with family,
So we went to a hotpot restaurant near home. 💗
This one is very easy to find on Boai Road.
There are motorcycle parking spaces right in front.
Apart from the currently fallen trees on the road and motorcycles,
Parking should be quite convenient normally. 🥹
This is the second time I’ve visited this restaurant.
To be honest, I don't remember much from the first visit,
So I decided to give it another chance.
The selection of hotpots is incredibly extensive,
And you can choose to have no hotpot ingredients or increase the seafood, which is great.
But as always, I ordered my favorite cheese milk hotpot while eating hotpot. 🥛🧀
After ordering, we had to pay first before the food was served.
Surprisingly, the person at the counter was a little girl from elementary school. 👧🏻
She was able to successfully take the order and make change,
Which made my mother exclaim continually,
"She truly is the child of a business person."
After that, it was the boss lady (?) and the little girl taking turns helping,
I really felt it was very hard yet amazing. 👍🏻
In addition to hotpot,
Drinks 🥤, white rice 🍚, and ice cream are all 🉑 unlimited.
They truly live up to their reputation as a budget hotpot restaurant.
The vegetable and meat platters along with many additional ingredients are very fresh.
The only downside is that the broth has little flavor.
This might be the reason I didn’t remember much from my last visit,
since I pay a lot of attention to the broth's taste.
Because there's another hotpot restaurant I introduced before not far away,
Even though this one has a more comfortable environment and seating,
and offers a richer variety of beverages and desserts,
I think I would still choose the other one next time.
After all, when it comes to hotpot, the quality of the broth is the most important! ✨
