The signboard is very eye-catching, making it hard to resist walking in, and the interior has a nice design vibe.
The noodle dish has generous portions and quality ingredients. The intestines are chewy and delicious, and the noodles are not mushy, with a flavor profile that has enough depth—it's not overly salty or just strong-flavored. The broth has a hint of garlic and you can even see strips of carrot. The Hakka rice dumplings with vegetables are also tasty.
The young, handsome, and courteous owner quickly served the large intestine noodle dish! It takes about 5 minutes to walk over after parking at Shoufeng Train Station.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
