▪️ Pork chop a la carte $100
A must-try 👍🏻 it's juicy and tender! The texture is somewhere between chicken thigh and chicken breast.
No wonder almost every table orders the pork chop! 😍
▪️ Spicy ghost pepper + ribeye char siu + soft thin noodles $230
Made with chili powder, it has a kind of salty spiciness that reminds me of the taste of Shin Ramyeon. 🤣
The soup base can be overwhelming if you inhale while slurping due to the spiciness.
The portion of thin noodles seems to be more than the medium-thick ones.
▪️ Yuzu chicken white broth + ribeye char siu + medium-thick noodles $230
The seasoning is a bit subtle, tasting like tonkotsu broth mixed with citrus juice, rich yet refreshing.
I prefer the texture of the medium-thick noodles, they're not too hard, very similar to ramen QQ. 👍🏻 However, the portion of medium-thick noodles seems smaller than that of the thin noodles.
The ribeye char siu is quite thick, with just the right amount of fat!
