Teppanyaki has always been my favorite Taiwanese cuisine! The ingredients are sizzling on the hot iron plate, and the aroma instantly erupts, allowing guests sitting in the iron plate rock area to enjoy a visual and taste feast!
What I want to try today is "Haopin Teppanyaki". This branch is located on Jianxing Road in North District, just next to Jianxing Elementary School.
Opposite! Business is always very good when I pass by, and there are often a crowd of people queuing in front of the store, which arouses my curiosity and wants to try it out! When we arrived at the store today, because we arrived early, there were not many customers on site! 🔸️Pork $190 Just like the common Teppanyaki, if you order the main meal, it will come with two kinds of green vegetables, cabbage and bean sprouts! Pork is similar to tenderloin pork slices, with less fat and thin slices! Stir-fry the onions and water spinach quickly, and the aroma will come out It's so exciting!

The pork tastes tender, juicy, salty and flavorful, and goes very well with rice. Paired with onions, it has a slight sweetness, and you can't stop eating it one bite after another! The seasoning is a bit salty, but luckily it’s not cloying! tasty! 🤗🤗

I originally heard that this restaurant can replace the bean sprouts with other green vegetables. Unfortunately, when I asked the store that day, they said that they can't change the dishes at the moment. Because I really can't do anything with bean sprouts, so I asked the store to make all cabbage for me! The portion size is equivalent to two servings of green vegetables, so it’s quite filling! The stir-fried slightly spicy flavor brings out the sweetness of the cabbage. The texture is very crisp and salty, and the whole thing goes very well with rice!

🔸️ Abalone $50 You can add $50 abalone to any order! It should be about the size of a tablespoon visually. After dry frying, sprinkle with pepper and salt and it will be full of aroma.
