113/2/24 (Saturday) Dinner in the evening
Jucheng B1 is a relatively affordable restaurant (no more than 600 for two people)
I didn’t make a reservation that day, but I didn’t have to wait too long for this one.
Just like a noodle shop, the table turnover rate is very fast~
⚠️General things to note⚠️:
👌🏻General experience👌🏻:
🍴Dining experience🍴:
Hot and sour soup dumplings, 6 pieces $130 🌶️🥟
There are six dumplings, all of which are pork flavored.
The skin part is not too thick and very big.
The hot and sour soup was not sour enough when it was first served (probably just an ordinary thickened soup)
This is the time to use the vinegar on the table!
About a tablespoon is enough
There are a lot of ingredients, especially the black fungus, and it won’t be cooked until it’s too soft.
It tastes crunchy
And the portion is quite enough after one bowl (I can’t even finish the soup🤣)
Conclusion: 🌟4/5, average hot and sour soup, big dumplings
Beef pie $50🐮
As expected of a store that specializes in pies, the pies are really good
A thin layer of pie crust filled with beef
Take a bite and the soup will slowly drip down your mouth.
You can use a spoon to catch the soup and drink it
The beef flavor is very strong and tastes very delicious😋
In the end we couldn't eat anymore and took it home
Even if you heat it in the microwave for a minute, the flavor will not disappear.
Very recommended! ! 👍🏻
Conclusion: 🌟5/5, juicy pie
Gold pot stickers 6 pieces $125 🥟
The average price is about 21 yuan per piece. The size is relatively large (compared to X Fang and O Hai).
But the taste is really different
When I first tasted it, I felt that the skin and filling were two completely different things.
Moreover, the skin of the pot stickers is very thick, the skin tastes very dry, and the ingredients are very loose.
And the white fat is a bit too much🐷
In terms of CP value, there is really no need to point...
Conclusion: 🌟1/5, not recommended for pot stickers with thick skin, loose material and lots of fat.
