台灣鯛魚燒 潮州店

A new Taiwanese dessert shop has opened in Chaozhou, specializing in taiyaki. I had never seen it before, and after asking around, I found out that they just opened two weeks ago. The owner even went to Taichung to learn the technique before starting the shop, and she’s a young lady who is super easy to talk to!

The taiyaki is huge, with the filling almost spilling out of the fish mouth; just looking at it, you can tell the owner is generous with the ingredients. The skin is baked to be fragrant and crispy, and the taro paste is super rich and smooth—a must-try for taro lovers.

For savory food, they also offer German sausages, which are quite satisfying. This is perfect for afternoon tea. There’s also a black taiyaki filled with Oreo and chocolate custard, which is incredibly indulgent but really delicious; kids will definitely love it.

These simple yet tasty snacks are generously portioned, and the newly opened shop is worth checking out!
