This Sichuan restaurant is hidden in the residential area of Yangmei
It's a really residential area.
A few years ago, I was too bored working nearby. I opened the Dog Map every day and zoomed in to find it.
After eating once, you will immediately become a patron.
I have brought several groups of friends from Taoyuan here.
After friends finish eating, they will introduce other relatives and friends.
Their dry-pot pork sausage, wavy pork with vine pepper, and vinegar-filled shredded potatoes are must-try dishes.
Vinegar potato shreds look ordinary
But as soon as it’s served, the sour and numb aroma of fried garlic will hit your nose.
The saliva directly bursts into secretion
No one can resist the sour, fragrant, numb and crunchy potatoes, right?
My brother ate not a single morsel left, it was on the plate.
The large intestine in the dry pot fat intestine is fried to a crispy texture, and what’s special is that it also has fried potatoes inside.
Fragrant and numb, it’s really...refreshing...
The wavy pork soup with rattan pepper tastes like pickled fish
But it’s more refreshing and non-greasy in comparison
Tender pork slices paired with yuba and soybean sprouts are a great addition to your meal!
After we finished eating this dish, we packed up the soup and took it home🤣
(Fortunately, the boss lady said that we are not alone, there are still people who can pack dried chili peppers⋯)
The next day, add some vegetables, science noodles and sliced meat, and it’s a new meal
In addition to Sichuan cuisine, they also have some Taiwanese dishes that are not too spicy.
Like oil machine, old-skinned tender meat, stir-fried vegetables
Jinsha bamboo shoots are also highly recommended in summer recently.
The store owner is very friendly and the food is served very quickly.
Highly recommended to take there to eat!
Ah, remember to make a reservation. It’s been busy recently.
