I haven't eaten for a while, so I came back to visit one of the famous ramen restaurants in Taipei: Citrus-Duck and Scallion. The work was a bit busier this time, and there were already some people waiting at the door at nearly 12 o'clock. However, there were only two groups in front of me, so I entered after a short wait.
The ordering method is the traditional cash-only ordering machine. I ordered dry ramen + hot spring egg and beer. The price of $250 is mid-range for ramen in Taipei, so I think it’s pretty good.
Overall, it is a heavy-flavored ramen with a sweet taste. I quite like it, but it may not be everyone's cup of tea. But I still recommend coming to eat and see!
The citrus dry salad has rich ingredients, including pork barbecued pork, duck barbecued pork and small pieces of duck meat. After being topped with hot spring eggs and spicy oil, it tastes so good that you can eat it one bite after another.
However, because the taste is quite strong, it is recommended to pair it with beer🍺!
