Next to the Meilun Market, there is actually siu mai inside, and it's delicious because it's homemade. The soup is also quite good, with a bit of Hong Kong flavor; it's served in a small bowl. The taste and texture of the fried rice are excellent, and the smoky aroma from the wok is fantastic.
The Hong Kong-style pork rib rice features steamed ribs with black bean sauce. Although it doesn’t look like a large portion, the seasoning of the meat is quite good.
The four happiness siu mai has a moderate saltiness, and the meat is very abundant. When you bite into it, the juices from the siu mai burst out.
Unfortunately, they are only open for lunch, so I can only wait until the weekend to come and eat.
