A snack shop specializing in Yunnan and Myanmar cuisine is located in Meilun. I feel that their food is always delicious no matter how many times I eat it! The Yunnan-style bridge-crossing fried rice noodles are definitely worth mentioning. This dish features rice noodles that are stir-fried to be fresh and juicy, with the meat ingredients melting in your mouth. The spices among the ingredients give this dish a deep Yunnan-Myanmar flavor. The Shaozi rice is very flavorful and pairs well with the purple rice. The large, thin slices of pork really amazed me; they are very crispy. The hand-tossed pancakes should be enjoyed hot right after they are made, as they will harden if left out too long. They have a crispy exterior and a soft interior, and when eaten with condensed milk, they are sweet and delicious—a truly unique dish. Today, I also ordered the cold papaya salad. Right in front of the shop is Lighthouse Park, a perfect spot for a stroll after a satisfying meal.
