This is a place I’ve eaten at many times. This day was the day before Winter Solstice, and I came right after work when there weren't many people. The night of Winter Solstice had an incredibly large crowd.
▪️Sesame Oil Chicken Leg $160
▪️Sesame Oil Noodles (Small) $35
I usually order these two items. Sometimes if the chicken legs are sold out, I’ll get the Sesame Oil Chicken for $135, or the Sesame Oil Pork Loin for $135 (which is thick slices of pork). I’ve eaten here many times and it’s usually my go-to place when I want to grab something. However, I feel that the quality of the chicken leg can be inconsistent; I’ve had instances where it was tough to chew, possibly when it wasn’t stewed long enough. But when it’s done right, it’s very delicious, and the portions are quite generous. The sesame oil noodles come with a bit of greens, which I like to eat with soup.
Overall, it’s a favorite place of mine. I come here when I need to eat, as I usually take it home and haven’t dined in. But I’ve heard from friends that if you eat in, you can enjoy unlimited soup.
