Hengchun Lantern Bright Bistro is a restaurant with limited seating, and it's highly recommended to make reservations in advance. The open kitchen design allows guests to closely admire the cooking process of the chefs, which is quite therapeutic.
The dishes mainly focus on Italian cuisine, with each plate filled with a sense of ritual; the presentation and flavors are incredibly thoughtful. The risotto and pasta were particularly impressive to me, with the rice and noodles retaining just the right amount of firmness, very delicious!
In the soft lighting and relaxed atmosphere, slowly savoring these carefully prepared dishes is truly perfect for sharing with friends or a partner. Whether you're a seafood enthusiast or someone who loves to try Italian flavors, I highly recommend it!
