One evening, I suddenly craved oyster omelette. After searching online, I found Li's Noodle House on Jianfeng Road in Pingtung. It turns out that in addition to noodles, they also serve oyster omelette, and their business is quite good during meal times.
The sesame sauce noodles have a refreshing flavor, with a not-so-strong sesame aroma, but they are still fairly decent.
The oyster omelette costs 70, and it's cooked perfectly, with plenty of tasty oysters. The sauce is served on the side, so you can pour it or dip as you like, which is a nice touch.
There are many clear options for side dishes, and the crunchy bamboo shoots are super delicious.
It's a simple, homely local noodle shop, and whenever I think of oyster omelette, this place comes to mind.
