The shop is small and located in an alley. It is recommended to buy by motorcycle. If you drive, you have to park nearby and walk over. There is no way to stop in the alley~
Overall rating🌕🌕🌕🌕
I learned about this shop from a blogger. At first I was worried that I didn’t know if it was good or not. Some signs often say XX steamed buns, and usually they don’t taste very authentic or the steamed buns are dry/hard.
🌟Bai Ji Mo 💰30
You can buy them individually. I personally think you can buy several to take home and stock up on.
Preservation method: It can be stored in the freezer for 1-2 weeks (you still need to eat it as soon as possible and it will not go bad if it is frozen and not frozen🤣) When you want to eat it, you can bake it in the oven for 2 minutes (the crispness depends on whether you like it crisper or you can bake it longer) ) You can also use an air fryer (you have to decide the temperature and time yourself). The freshly baked steamed noodles are very fragrant😋 I think it would also be delicious when dipped in curry👍
🌟Sour Beans, Minced Pork Buns + Vinegar Shredded Potatoes 💰75
The sour beans taste quite sour. Overall, it tastes pretty authentic. The shredded potatoes have a strong white vinegar smell. Not recommended for those who don’t like it. It’s quite chewy to eat with it. If you want to order a la carte, it’s best to eat it on the same day and eat it the next day. If the smell is stronger, I don’t recommend it ~
