Taipei Xinyi Breeze - A chain of Japanese set meal restaurants that offer a great atmosphere, delicious dishes, and a variety of Japanese tableware.
The set meal includes a main dish, two side dishes, salad, white rice, and miso soup.
📍 Chifeng Butter Chicken Curry Set NT$340
🌕🌕🌕🌕🌗
The butter flavor of Chifeng is very rich, and it’s my favorite curry taste, making it great with rice! The chicken is a bit dry and seems to have been fried beforehand, but it’s well-marinated.
📍 Tomato Zucchini Pork Chop Set NT$340
🌕🌕🌕🌕🌘
The pork chop is quite thick, but there's some sinew that makes it hard to chew. The tomato zucchini sauce is refreshing and tasty, with just the right flavor. The diced zucchini is easy to eat!
Set meal side dishes:
🔹 Pickled Carrots: The thinly sliced carrots have a strong flavor, which those who dislike carrot taste might not appreciate. The crunchy texture is acceptable for me.
🔹 Tamagoyaki: The color is a bit light, and it lacks a rich egg flavor.
🔹 Miso Soup: It tastes a bit salty and lacks substance. I didn’t refill it!
🔹 White Rice: Quite delicious, with just the right texture, I refilled a bowl.
🔹 Salad: Lacks flavor, with a salty dressing, a bit ordinary.
📍 Miso Pickled Cheese NT$30
🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑
This portion has only two slices of cheese, which is a bit small. But the taste is quite nice! I like the combination of miso and cheese!
