Chushi is located near the east gate of Hualien. If you drive to the parking lot of the nearby night market, you can park there.
There are not many places in the store, so it is recommended to make a reservation in advance or go early.
It provides authentic Japanese family cuisine. The meals are visual, delicious and nutritious. The soft lighting and decoration colors provide a good and comfortable dining space, suitable for the whole family to spend a warm and beautiful dining time together.
Each main course upgrade comes with a salad, and iced barley tea is included. The miso mackerel set meal looks like a small bowl, but it actually has the aroma of soy sauce and a slight sweetness, and goes very well with rice. The black vinegar pork set meal: my favorite meal today, it is full of flavor and has different flavors. Vegetables, rich in layers.
The Tangyang chicken is also very tasty, the lemon drizzle is a bonus, and it’s also boneless (so thoughtful).
The rice is a bit firm and chewy, which I like.
The Japanese-style salad comes with it, and the taste is very good.
There is a sign outside the store as a one-person kitchen, and the food delivery speed is slow and you have to wait.
Looking forward to trying other meals next time…
