Water Grill Bellevue

I introduced this restaurant's branch last time, and I remember giving it a five-star review. Coming back to this branch, I still find the dishes impeccable! It seems that there weren't as many people during the weekdays compared to the one I visited last time, but we still had to wait a bit. The staff warmly welcomed us to our seats, and then a special server came to take our orders. His service was truly excellent; he not only paid attention to our dining needs but also provided very professional suggestions! I felt that the service here was just as great as at the previous location. 🎉

For the dishes, we chose the same as before:
❤️ Oysters
❤️ Pan-seared fish
❤️ Fresh fish tacos
❤️ Raw scallops

Except for the tacos, we had tried all these items before, and I have to say, the freshness of their dishes is something you don't need to worry about at all—the combination of sauces is also impeccable. The only part I was a bit disappointed in this time was the fish. The last time I had it, it was so amazing that it left me speechless; every bite was filled with sweet, fresh flavor, complemented by excellent seasoning, really making you want to eat more! This time, although the seasoning was still very good, it didn't resolve the greasiness of the fish, so by the end, I felt it was a bit heavy—like my mouth was all oily and the plate was too!

Aside from that little disappointment, I still think the overall rating of the restaurant is quite good. If you're passing by and unsure of what to eat, you can still come here, but I suggest trying the restaurant I recommended last time with the same name. Although it’s a branch, there seem to be slight differences in quality. Looking forward to hearing everyone’s feedback!
