I had heard about this ramen shop 🍜 for a while, but I never had the chance to try it because it was always very crowded whenever I passed by. Today, I specifically woke up early to go there for breakfast, and there was basically no line, so I was able to walk right in!

The ordering method is self-service; you can use cash or a transportation card. After ordering, you hand the order slip to the staff, and before long, you can enjoy the ramen you ordered!

Today, I ordered the basic signature ramen. If you look at the picture at the entrance, that’s what most people will be ordering! What’s special about this ramen shop is that the noodles and soup are served separately; you have to pick up a bite of noodles and dip it into the soup to enjoy it.

The texture of the noodles is really surprising - they are incredibly chewy! Every bite makes me admire the Japanese way of making noodles, and with their broth, you never have the feeling of bland cold noodles! I ordered a standard size, which is just right for me to feel full, and I didn't have any leftovers! After finishing, you can even request more broth, and they will add some water to your leftover soup, turning it into a steaming hot bowl of broth!

I highly recommend that anyone visiting should definitely try this place; I really think you must give their noodles a go! You might end up willing to queue up just to taste it!
