軟中脆素食臭豆腐

若說起嘉義火雞肉飯，在地人都有自己心裡最愛的那幾間，不如談談：為何我們總得回到嘉義去吃？ 嘉義人的餐廳有其獨特樣貌，火雞肉飯、涼麵、涼菜，都與其他處不同，可以感受到當地人謹守在地飲食文化。 單論這火雞肉飯吧，肉片必須名符其實使用火雞肉，調味是雞豬熱油、黑醬油香、或油蔥混合，各有千秋，煮飯更是基本功夫。 在阿樓師內用，點了小碗肉片飯，開放式空間無冷氣，飯略顯濕黏，醬汁普通略油，火雞肉片確是很有味道與嚼勁。 總有一家子來阿樓師吃飯，點得滿桌菜飯，店家與客人們親切聊天，如街坊鄰居般，外客依然排隊，或許我沒趕上最佳用餐時機與品項，又何妨？

A bit disappointing. The idea is good, but most of the food in different stalls (tested 3) is pretty average and oily. Nothing else to do inside. But nice picnic table to spend some time with friends. Prices are ok.

It’s often the hearty, casual & simple meals that bring out the true scrumptious taste of Thai. For any ‘anytime, anywhere’ occasions, we’d recommend expats, tourists or even locals to gather in this Bangkok’s top street food court. Sometimes, there’s nothing better than quasi-street eats (with air conditioning, ofc, heheehh). Here, we roam around the Bangkok’s signature food court for the city’s most ordinary yet eXtraordinarily delectable drinks & noodles feasts. nom nom nom + affordable + ample aircon + vibrant vibes + fast + plenty of comfy seats + exotic background music + bromantic sexy lightings + noisy atmosphere all around u like dining in an overcrowded concrete jungle with all the unknown mythical creatures from all over the universe speaking in their languages = fun fun fun 🥰✌🏻
