When it was first delivered, I thought there were a lot of ingredients, including fungus, shredded pork, duck blood strips, egg drops, carrots, etc. The seasoning is neither too spicy nor too sour. If you like a stronger taste, you can add vinegar or chili. The most satisfying thing is the dumplings, which have thin skin and lots of fillings. You can taste the aroma of leeks, and the fillings are very flavorful without having to be dipped in sauce. Eating the whole bowl is very satisfying!
