Chiba hot pot has established a prominent position in the hot pot industry across Taiwan, and today the brand “Extreme Chiba” presents top-quality ingredients combined with Japanese artisan cooking to offer consumers a brand new experience.😆

For meat lovers:
Japanese A5 Wagyu, A5 Ribeye, Australian M9, M7 Wagyu, and a variety of Prime grade beef. 👏

For seafood lovers:
Japanese sashimi-grade scallops, Thai shrimp, Matsuba crab, abalone, giant shrimp, black tiger shrimp, sweet red shrimp, small squid... and many more! 🥰

For the cooked food buffet, there are three must-try dishes:
Freshly roasted pork ribs, German pork knuckle, and Yilan roasted duck rotate throughout the meal.
Fried chicken wings are also a must-try at Chiba. 👍

To summarize:
The upgrade to "Extreme" Chiba is impressive; the lowest price of 799 is quite sufficient. However, if you want to enjoy better quality meats and seafood, you can opt for a higher price level. 👏

Since there’s no break during the afternoon, many ingredients run out during peak meal times, and we had to wait for staff to replenish, making it feel like there were very few items available in the afternoon. If the pricing changes in the afternoon, it might be more justifiable; otherwise, it feels like we're paying the same but not receiving the same quality. 😚 Overall, the experience was still pretty good; we opted for the 1299 package, and the speed of meat serving was quite fast, with no missing orders. 👍

Although there's a free parking lot 🅿️ in the back, it's clearly insufficient, and there are almost no spots available outside of peak meal times, so if you plan to dine there, you'll have to park at a paid parking lot nearby. 🥲
