This is my first time coming to this restaurant for lunch, so I ordered the basic seafood noodles to try. The seafood noodle soup seems to be based on radish soup. The ingredients include two shrimps, 5 clams and 5 fish slices. Today I had milkfish, and about 3 slices of pork, green vegetables and radish.
The soup is quite fresh and sweet, without too much seasoning, and the seafood is fresh.
The noodles are soft and have a nice texture.
