Environment
The decor style for dining inside is similar to that of Zhu Jian. The hot pot also features an all-you-can-eat vegetable and side dish selection. What's unique is that the vegetable bar includes water lily, creamy cabbage, and a whole piece of tofu skin (not the corner spiral). The drink bar offers mango smoothies from Dayuanzi 🥤. The dining table space is quite large and does not feel cramped. Since the prices are relatively high, there are fewer customers.

The broth is relatively clear, letting you see the bone marrow in the pot. The broth tastes very smooth, but the marbled beef has average fat content, and I personally think it was sliced a bit too thin, affecting the texture.

The soup that comes to the table is filled with clams and garlic 🧄. Before adding the hot pot ingredients, I suggest having a bowl of soup; it warms your stomach and body. The broth is very rich, and if you're a garlic lover, you can't miss this. The chicken is stir-fried and then added to the broth for simmering, making its texture tender and boneless 👍.
