I knew about this store when it opened and always wanted to eat there, but I always missed the opening hours. I really miss it every time I come here. Today I originally wanted to eat at the sushi restaurant next to me. When I passed by, I found that it was open and there were not many people, so I came to eat.

There are not many seats in the store and the opening hours are short. It seems that you need to queue up, so if you want to eat, remember to come early. There are not many menu items, only three flavors of ramen, and there are also rice bowls.

The noodles of the ramen are thick, and there are a lot of cabbage and bean sprouts. Two slices of barbecued pork will be provided, one with more fat and one with more lean meat. I personally think this combination is very good, not too greasy, and not too spicy. I don't think the soup is too special and has nothing memorable, but the taste is good. The spiciness of the spicy ramen is also moderate. Overall it's not bad, I would like to eat here occasionally.

The boss is Japanese. He also owns an izakaya "Hakata Tenjin" in Linkou. I have eaten there two or three times and it is also very good. I recommend everyone to go and eat.
