113/2/14 (Wednesday) Lunch
On the last day of the annual vacation, I came to Meinong to eat planks🎉
I was going to eat the famous Meinong Wu Noodles opposite.
But all seats are occupied during meal time
I'm the only one here. It's awkward to share the same table with others🤣
So I came to the small table opposite and there was Neng Noodles.
⚠️General things to note⚠️:
👌🏻General experience👌🏻:
🍴Dining experience🍴:
Noodles (soup) $60
It’s normal for portion size
But the whole Tang Fei! often! Oil!
The whole soup is so oily that it's impossible to drink it.
The sticky part is delicious and very elastic.
It can be seen that it is cut by hand (because some are very thick and some are very thin🤣)
Bean sprouts have a very raw taste and should be cooked last (?
Conclusion: 🌟2/5, the soup is oily and the bean sprouts are raw
Cabbage package $80
The serving size is about 1/8 small cabbage
It’s a lot for me to eat by myself.
Cabbage dumplings are a snack in Meinong
It is a commonly used cooking method in Hakka cuisine (use the lid to remove the stuffiness)
Retains the sweetness of cabbage
Add soy sauce and green onion cakes to enhance the flavor, very delicious
It’s a very sweet cabbage~
Conclusion: 🌟4/5, sweet cabbage, very delicious
