Old-fashioned street vendors with a lot of local flavor 🌯🥪🫓

After visiting the National Palace Museum, I was very hungry.
I saw this small roadside stall across the street with a few people lining up in the cold wind, so I was attracted to it and joined the queue. 🤣

This stall only opens on weekends.
Two ladies were very fast and friendly in serving the customers,
and they can handle the queues on both sides as well as large orders from regular customers who call in to place their orders.

Order items:
🦴 Large sausage wrapped in small sausage ($60):
Since it was a bit late in the day, aside from the large sausage wrapped in small sausage, sausages, and rice dumplings, all other items had already sold out.

This large sausage wrapped in small sausage is very flavorful! It’s really delicious.
It comes with homemade pickled vegetables, radish, cilantro, etc.
I feel like it's even better than those at Shilin Night Market.🥰
I also recommend adding some spice.

🦴 Sausage ($30):
It retains a great smoky flavor from the charcoal grilling.
The outer layer is crispy, and you can feel the difference in texture between the fat and the meat pieces.

After finishing one, I went back to buy another one. 🤣

Next time, I would like to try other items.
I’m very interested in egg pancakes and radish cakes.
