Hello everyone, I am Little Frog 🐸
Near Dadaocheng Wharf, there is a coffee shop called ODOC; One Day One Coffee that serves very delicious Chacaboo! It's currently in a trial operation phase, with no obvious signage. The building has a black exterior, and the interior features black tones with wooden tables and chairs, giving the whole store a calm atmosphere.
⭐️ Tieguanyin Chacaboo (Iced) $250
This one uses freshly brewed Tieguanyin Oolong tea, blended with coffee in a very harmonious ratio. The integration is wonderful, with both coffee and tea aromas, rich flavors, and a stable aftertaste—so special!
⭐️ Gardenia Flower Chacaboo (Hot) $220
This drink combines fragrant coffee with gardenia flower Oolong tea, giving a fresh floral scent. The ratio is very mild and pleasant, easy to drink; I love the taste of this cup!
The coffee flavor isn’t too strong, but for those who prefer a bolder coffee taste, there is a 1+1 version available that enhances the coffee aroma!
⭐️ Basic Pudding $150
The bittersweet caramel has a slight hint of alcohol, paired with lightly sweetened fresh cream. It's smooth, rich, and dense—truly delicious pudding~
‼️ Conclusion:
It's rare to find a "Chacaboo" item like this; I find it very special and delicious. The ratios at ODOC are very skillfully blended, with the tea and coffee harmonizing just right, neither overshadowing the other.
In the end, I decided to buy two packs of tea-scented coffee filter bags to take home ☺️
