🎉Early Limited Breakfast in Nankan🎉

🎉Traditional Chinese Breakfast🎉

This unnamed breakfast spot in Nankan can be said to be a source of energy for airport workers and drivers 😋 It benefits those who need to start work very early. Although Google reviews suggest it opens at six, they actually start selling at five while setting up 😆

The dine-in area has only a few seats, and most people opt for takeout. There’s also Nankan Market nearby, so after filling up, you can take a stroll around 👍

Old-fashioned Fried Noodles:

These fried noodles are stir-fried a bit softer, which I personally prefer because they absorb more sauce. The noodles are fried with dried shrimp first, adding extra aroma, and with the soul sauce of minced meat 😍 it’s really delicious 😋 If you like it hot, add the homemade chili, and you’ll be over the moon 😆 If you don’t prefer such spiciness, please consider 😏

Pork Bone Soup:

The old boss is right there, freshly pulling the pork head meat 😆 It's visibly fresh, and if you are very concerned about hygiene, this place may not be suitable 😊 It’s 40 for a bowl, with plenty of meat, and you can even add soup—really great 😎

Signature Braised Pork Rice:

Starting the morning with a bowl of braised pork rice is satisfying enough 😆 The braised pork here is mostly skin, with less lean meat which is a bit dry, because the method here is traditional, fried thoroughly, so the skin isn't greasy, instead it's chewy and has absorbed plenty of soy sauce, making the flavor stronger—perfectly paired with white rice 😘 The bamboo shoots on the side cut through the greasiness, adding a finishing touch 😙

Soft-Boiled Egg:

There’s really not much to say about the fried eggs, but it’s worth mentioning that the shop uses lard to fry them, so even a simple fried egg has a rich lard aroma, paired with the oil paste—it brings back childhood memories 👅

In summary:

This breakfast spot is definitely a replenishing station for those needing physical energy. Located near Nankan Market, you’ll see many foreign friends and grandparents coming here to shop in the morning, and there are many other delicacies waiting for food enthusiasts to discover 👏 There’s roadside parking nearby, but space can be a bit limited 😅
