Tonkotsu ramen with seasoned egg 970 yen
Tendon rice bowl + 240 yen
3 minutes walk from Osaka Metro Nagahoribashi Station.
It is located right at the entrance to Crysta Nagahori.
The restaurant has counter seating and table seating, and the interior is casual and simple.
I ordered the lunch set of tonkotsu ramen and suji uma bowl.
You can choose the firmness of the noodles, so I ordered them hard.
The soup is a thick, rich, smooth and creamy pork bone broth.
The noodles are medium-thin and straight, with a firm texture and mix well with the soup.
There was seaweed on the table, which gave the ramen a different flavor with the seashore. It was also good to soak the soup in it and eat it with rice.
The Sujiuma bowl had a rich sweet and spicy flavor that went well with rice.
Thank you for the meal.
