It is a dessert set that starts and ends with desserts as a whole meal. It borrowed the Fine Dining model and became Dessert Dining. Subverting the common ingredients of traditional desserts, adding unexpected ingredients, turning the flavor in memory into a dessert impression, the chefs use the dinner plate as a canvas to express their own expressions, creating new possibilities for desserts.
