Erkou is a well-known old restaurant in Yizhong Street. I have eaten there since I was in junior high school and now I have joined the society. I have also experienced its transformation from one-to-one ordering by employees to a self-service ordering machine with change and a group of fried rice chefs at the door. It has turned into several automatic rice frying machines, but the amazing thing is that the taste has not changed. It can only be said that automation is the future trend!
I ordered shrimp fried rice this time. There were eight large shrimps in a bowl. Each one was very plump and the fried rice had distinct grains. I would believe it if I told you which famous chef made it... Anyway, it was delicious. A bowl cost 99. I highly recommend it. !
