Recently, I found a treasure-like hidden little café near Longmen Road in Sanchong, highly recommended for friends who love coffee and exploring small spaces 📌
This café, Tseng Tseng Coffee Dessert Studio, is located down a small road right at the end of Longmen Road in Sanchong. It is very inconspicuous, and the surrounding area consists mostly of residential buildings, so it’s not easy to notice unless you happen to pass by.
I found out about this place when I was in Sanchong one time, trying to order single-origin pour-over coffee through UberEats. I accidentally discovered this café (when I picked up the coffee, the staff suggested I call next time to place an order, as it would be cheaper than ordering through the platform, hahaha). The point is, the first time I got their take-out coffee, I found it very smooth and fragrant—a sure sign of good beans and professional brewing.
Anyway, I was lucky enough to have the chance to actually visit the café and enjoy the atmosphere and coffee indoors.
The storefront is quite unremarkable, and the space inside is only about 4-5 ping. There aren’t many seats, just around four three-person wall seats and two two-person tables. The interior and exterior decoration is cozy and cute; I really like their unpretentious decor with just the right touch of ornaments and colors, which is very pleasant to see.
Also, each table has power outlets, and there is plenty of sunlight during the day, making it a great place for studying or working on a computer.
They primarily sell coffee drinks, with pour-over coffee as their highlight—there are also house blend beans to taste. This time, I ordered the iced pour-over: Costa Rica Roma Estate Saint Seiya (double-anaerobic red honey processing), and it was incredibly delicious—definitely among the best single-origin pour-overs I've ever had. I love their beans! I believe anyone who drinks coffee would surely appreciate this place 👍
In addition to coffee, they also sell some handmade desserts, available in limited quantities each day. For instance, the table next to me ordered a handmade pudding that looked super delicious. I initially wanted to order one too, but the staff said that was the last one, so I left with a sense of regret and hope to try it next time.
I also hope that Fooday introduces a feature for revisiting soon, so I can add the pudding I want to eat next time 😇
In summary, I highly recommend Tseng Tseng Coffee Dessert Studio to friends who enjoy drinking coffee. This hidden gem of a café is definitely worth a visit, and you must try their desserts as well!
