I ended up eating steak at the weekend and revisited Stanley, a steakhouse where I was impressed by the Prime Ribeye.
Originally we wanted to open a bottle of red wine, but the one we wanted to order didn't come with a full bottle, only single glasses, so we got a small deduction. This time I ordered two dishes, a large platter and a rib eye steak (12oz). An IPA on draft, two glasses of red wine.
The large platter is above the standard, and the fried mushrooms are fragrant and juicy, which goes well with the fruit IPA draft beer. I have to say that the steak was quite disappointing. We ordered medium rare, but the first time we cut it, it was completely cooked. It reflects that the store will sell it again in the future. This time it is half ok and half overcooked😞
The overall CP value is not bad, and it is one of the few restaurants where you can get prime rib eye if you are over 1,000 years old, but you are very lucky to have the grilled steak chef. The air conditioning is a bit strong, so remember to bring a jacket when you come.
